Description
Mizuho Americas expanded to a second office space in New York consisting of 5 floors with 500+ screens. They wanted to utilize this opportunity to increase internal employee engagement.
Upcoming Events
Prior to installing  these dashboards, event invites would be sent via email. Sometimes the events would get lost in the employees’ inboxes. But we salvaged this by conglomerating all events into one space that helped drove employee attendance.
Social Media
We centralized Twitter activities and categorized them by hashtags. Mizuho’s Employee Resource Groups (i.e. Women’s Initiatives, African Descent Employees, PRIDE Network, and Asian Professionals) were also going through a rebranding process. This was an opportunity to showcase the new branding.
Relive the Memories
Mizuho had a great amount of photos archived in their database system. It was an opportunity to revive past memories to increase employee engagement at the office.
New Employees
Welcoming new hires is essential to making them feel recognized. This feature helps strengthen Mizuho’s mission in, “Team Spirit: Diversity and collective strength.”
Recognition
Highlighting employees’ key milestones and achievements on the dashboard was crucial to building camaraderie within the company.
